HOISINGTON – Hoisington’s retuning all-state senior duo of quarterback Tony Moore and 6-foot-3, 330-pound lineman Caiden Hoffman enjoyed standout season-opening performances against Hesston. The dual threat Moore completed six of seven passes for 188 yards and two touchdowns of 69 and 17 yards. It marked the most passing yards in a single game in the 10-year Zach Baird era.
