Silver Lake softball closed out the final games on its longtime field with a big Senior Night with 13-2 and 15-0 wins against Hiawatha on May 6.
It continued a brilliant season for the Eagles and 3A overall.
Silver Lake will have new turf fields next year. Silver Lake hit seven homers: three from Kaibryn Kruger, two by Makenzie McDaniel, one from Avery Wende and one by Taylor Zordel.
