QUINTER – Hill City senior Jaden Nuss stood outside the visitors locker room at Quinter High School on Friday night. Nuss’ eyes were red, and his face full of emotion. Nuss thought about the last month, weeks filled with obstacles for a Ringneck team that reached the state semifinals in ’21 and ’22. He recounted the adversity-filled moments.
