Almena-Northern Valley head football coach Marvin Gebhard gave the summer weight program to assistant Josh Hansen. Both are NV graduates. Gebhard highly complimented Hansen on his work, especially his knowledge of stretching and flexibility.
Northern Valley had finished 7-3 each of the last two seasons, though four of the losses came by a combined six points. NV particularly struggled with injuries in ’22. The Huskie(...)
