The parallels and reverberations continue for a pair of legendary coaches, Montezuma-South Gray’s Mark Applegate and Hill City’s Keith Riley.
Applegate and Riley are the state’s all-time winningest primarily boys’ basketball coaches in Kansas history. They are also 1-2 in victories among current high school coaches, regardless of gender.
